May Onramp


MAY Onramp...comin' at ya! Everyone has their day 1 in their journey to a stronger, happier, and overall healthier life. Why not take yours this Monday, May 1 (6:15am/5:15pm) as we begin our next onramp session? What is onramp? It is a 12 session process where you work with a coach on learning all the fundamental movements of CrossFit the correct way. Why onramp? Because with an understanding of how to perform the movements safely and correctly, you can graduate to anything thrown at you during regular class. Don't know if you're ready? You are.
