This class is a great way to start the weekend. Get in, get sweaty, and start the weekend strong. This class consists of a warm up followed by a fast-paced workout that uses various combinations of simple bodyweight movements, gymnastics, traditional cardio, and light weightlifting movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. (No barbell.) Super sweaty, super fun!
