5:15 am, 6:15 am, 4:30 pm, and 5:30 pm CrossFit Classes Monday-Friday

7:15 am and 6:30 pm TNP30 Classes Monday-Wednesday-Thursday

 

8:30 am Saturday TNP30 Intro Class

This class is a great way to start the weekend. Get in, get sweaty, and start the weekend strong.  This class consists of a warm up followed by a fast-paced workout that uses various combinations of simple bodyweight movements, gymnastics, traditional cardio, and light weightlifting movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. (No barbell.) Super sweaty, super fun!
